The only reason we gained permission and invaluable help from the local authorities to organise our event with them and also on some privately owned territories is because of the responsible and correct behaviour of all participants, as well as, disciplinary actions in place to cope with peoples that break these strict but necessary rules therefor we relay on your full co-operation !!!!!!!
For every ones enlightenment we highlight again some rules :
It's prohibited to take the Jeep outside the indicated offroad courses ;
Smoking in the countryside especially the woods is prohibited ;
Refuse will be kept inside the Jeep and disposed of only in to the designated containers;
Loud playing audio equipment along the course is not permitted ;
Open fire is strictly prohibited in the country side ;
Your Jeep has to be equipped with a well-working and silencing exhaust system ;
The Jeep must be absolutely free of oil leakage (This will be explicitly checked during the technical check) ;
Safety belts have to be used according to instructions ;
On each vehicle are only the number of persons allowed equal to the number of seats ;
All occupants sit in their seats of their Jeep while the Jeep is moving ;
In the event that you are stopped by local peoples , do not go in to discussions yourself but immediately inform the organisation which is patrolling the course continuously or contact the organisation office at the campsite,

(for all offroad courses is a permit granted, but the local peoples are not always informed by the local authorities)
In case of an unforeseen adjustment of the roadbook you are required to follow the detour-arrows.
To prevent unnecessary disruption try to avoid driving into the town of Sedan, or if you have to, drive quietly and cautiously ;
The campsite is not a trail and/or play-area for the Jeep, here as well drive cautiously and quietly ;
Indications coming from clearly identifiable
organisation-members have to be followed ;
In order of the county authorities should all the
participating Jeeps at all times be recognisable. The stickers must be placed on the appointed areas on the body (or doors) of the Jeep. This has to be done at the technical control site. In case of neglecting these rules, you can be fined and disqualified from the event by the county authorities. (for example,
according the county rules the "brown" Jeep is
in violation).
