Included in the entry fee are:

• Camping-fees
  
• Remembrance plaque
  
• Participants package
  
• Rally plate and startnumber
  
• Local registration fees
  
• Barbecue for 2 persons
  
• Emergency repair service
  
• Entrance off-road routes
  
• Participation Concours d' Élégance
  
• Entrance to the private estates
  
• Entrance festival tent
  
• Necessary cleaning of the public roads (during and after the event).
  

Cancellation:
Cancellation of the entry must be in writing and received before 28th of april 2002 (by post , fax or E-mail) at the administration, only then 70% of the entry-fee and 100% of the meal tickets will be returned sender.

Breakfast tickets  are not included and have to be ordered separately  ( see also entry-form)

Entry is only possible by submittance of entry-form and payment. The entry is only completed after full fees are paid.
Uttermost date of entry is 28^th of April 2002 or sooner if the maximum number of participants is reached.
In the event of a possible entry on location in Sedan, a raise of 15% on the entry-fee will be required.

The event will and can only take place at a minimum amount of  250 participants.
