Future participant

Wednesday 15^th en Thursday 16^th of May 2002:
Arrival and registration ** of the participants on the campingsite in the centre of Sedan. (** registration: Wednesday evening / Thursday afternoon at the organisation-office in the
festival tent). The technical check and (course) classification will both take place after registration. According to county rules the proper stickers have to be placed on the jeep. (see regulations page)

The opening and briefing of the jamboree will take place on Thursday evening at 20:00 hrs. in the festival tent.

Friday 17^th of May 2002:
Breakfast * in the morning in the festival tent. The start of the off-road-routes (A and B) is after the breakfast on the
campsite in Sedan.
For all classifications several trials and challenge tests I and II are included on both courses. Lunch is not included. Only limited restaurant accommodation is available on the
rest place. The finish will be in sedan.

The Concours d' Élégance will take place in the evening in and around the festival tent.

The pictures taken that day are on display in the festival tent.


Saturday 18^th of May 2002:
At 10:00 am. Official opening of the trial course in the three classifications black, red and blue. Besides that, there will be racing for the mud-cup and the challenge test III.

This site is on a private estate witch is open for the public. Lunch is not included. The course will be closed at the end of the day. There will be live music in the festival tent and the winners of the trial will be announced.

Sunday 19^th of May 2002:
Breakfast * in the morning in the festival tent. The start of the off-road-routes (A and B) will be around 9:00 hrs. on the campsite in Sedan.
For all classifications several trials and challenge tests I and II are included on both courses. Lunch is not included. Only limited restaurant accommodation is available on the rest- place. The finish will be in sedan.

Sunday night there will be a BBQ. The BBQ, for two persons is included in the entry-fee of this years event. You can order additional BBQ tickets. (see entry-form)

For the closure of this amazing event we all come together and enjoy the evening (night) full of live music, dance and great stories.

Monday  20^th of May 2002:
After the breakfast * , clearing of the campsite end leaving of the participants.
